When will Rod Rosenstein remove the recusal log from his own eye?

Rod Rosenstein’s conflicts with the Mueller Special Counsel would make skeptics out of the most trusting people. The log in his own eye looms large, while the over-zealously pointed out “conflicts” of Jeff Sessions and Geoffrey Berman are mere specks.

Perhaps Rod’s blindness is understandable? Logs do have the capability of producing befuddlement. Squinting past a monstrosity like that would induce concentration on a few specks. But I don’t know for sure. You decide. Let the evidence speak for itself.

Following is as much history as can be gathered from places accessible to me on the internet. (If I could only get my hands on a FISA warrant!) If you have additional events, dates, etc., please send Sarah Watching a comment and I’ll add it to the list. (*Also, please read this article about internet resources. I’d love to hear your experience. We need some action ideas to address this situation.)

As you analyze the following list, the decades long waltz between Mueller and Rosenstein will be clear. Look closely and you will see a dance floor filled with establishment deep staters—Comey, the Clintons, McCabe, etc.—all key players in the Russia Hoax. If you see the cavorting amongst these deep staters, then the list will have achieved its purpose—displaying the overwhelming evidence why Rod Rosenstein should recuse himself from the Mueller Special Counsel.

Carter Page FISA Warrants’ Signatories

Fisa warrants require renewal every 90 days. The first date is stated in the Nunes Memo—10/21/2016 (the warrant dates have been redacted on the FISA warrants released thus far). From there I added 90 days. The 4^th was renewed in June, but was active until July 9.  Based on records, speaking engagements, etc., it appears Rod Rosenstein was on vacation or trying a case during most of July, so apparently had to sign it early (SW speculation).

Bruce Ohr, Rosenstein’s Underling And Colleague

Bruce Ohr, previously the 4th top official at the DOJ, sat four doors down from his boss Rod Rosenstein–at least after April 2017, though they would have known each other previously. Yet, Rosenstein claims he knew nothing of Bruce Ohr’s a) wife Nellie working at Fusion GPS, or b) meetings with Christopher Steele; Yet, Rosenstein was fully aware of the origination of the FISA warrant that he signed in June 2017 after approximately 7 weeks in office (?).

Ohr was not even officially part of the Russia investigation, yet he had more than 60 contacts with Christopher Steele. This is yet another part of the whole Mueller witch hunt, where Rosenstein is a witness to Ohr’s activities and is therefore compromised.

As of this writing, Congressional investigators have discovered that Ohr was funneling information from wife Nellie Ohr and Christopher Steele, both Fusion GPS employees, to the FBI. Fusion GPS is the creators/brokers of the phony dossier on President Trump. Nellie would pass along info to Bruce, who gave info to those intertwined in the phony Russian investigation—Strzok, Page, and McCabe for sure. Many others FBI higher-ups have resigned before they became implicated and turned into household names.

In addition, recently released emails and text messages between Bruce Ohr and Christopher Steele, show Steele’s determination for Ohr to communicate the funneled information to the Mueller Special Counsel on his behalf. He urged Ohr to provide the counsel with new information related to the phony dossier and additional opposition research. Based on his desperation and fear of being caught, it seems Steele may have wanted an immunity deal from Mueller. But primarily he wanted to pass information to the special counsel(!).

Lisa Barsoomian, Rod Rosenstein’s Wife

Mrs. Rosenstein specializes in blocking FOIA requests on behalf of the Intelligence Communities, including both the FBI and CIA. Barsoomian works for R. Craig Lawrence, an attorney who has represented Robert Mueller three times, James Comey five times, Barack Obama forty-five times, Kathleen Sebelius (Soetoro’s HHS head) fifty-six times, Bill Clinton forty times, and Hillary Clinton seventeen times between 1991 and 2017(!).  Barsoomian participated in some of this work personally.

(Do you think Lisa voted for Donald Trump?  Yeah, me neither.)

In 1998, she represented Bill Clinton in the case Hamburg v. Clinton. Hamburg was a Vietnam veteran/journalist who went to Vietnam under his brother’s name. He was vehemently told not to report the truth. Eventually, he received a dishonorable discharge. This is the situation of which he petitioned Bill Clinton. Clinton and Barsoomian treated this veteran horribly and with disdain.

Rosenstein’s wife representation of Bill Clinton as far back as 1998, around the time Rod was working on the Kenneth Starr Special Counsel, displays again the deep roots of the deep state.

Interesting Comments From Deep State Players

Comey on Rosenstein

Ex-FBI Director James Comey who was fired 05/09/2017 based on a recommendation from Rod Rosenstein given to President Trump on that same day, had previously expressed concerns about Rosenstein at a March 27, 2017 lunch.

At the time, Rosenstein, who served as U.S. attorney for Maryland under both the George W. Bush and Obama administrations was awaiting confirmation as deputy AG.

According to a friend to whom Comey voiced these concerns “His reservations were palpable. ‘Rod is a survivor,’ he said. And you don’t get to survive that long across administration without making compromises. ‘So I have concerns,’” the friend wrote, describing his conversation with Comey.

Rosenstein was later confirmed on 04/25/2017. Two weeks later, James Comey was fired, in part based on the recommendation letter from Rod Rosenstein. 

(SW Note: I wonder if Comey had plans to quit anyway, since he has stated publicly and repeatedly his disdain for President Trump? So is this just another part of the entire insurance policy? Leveraging Comey’s desire to leave, and using it to hide any Rosenstein complicity, while keeping one of their own close to the top of the DOJ/FBI?)

During his contentious Senate confirmation hearing on March 7, 2017, Rosenstein would not say whether he would appoint a special prosecutor for the Russian investigation, as some Democrats demanded.

But he expressed confidence that the Justice Department could handle even the most politically fraught case without compromising its independence. He said he wouldn’t have qualms about questioning Sessions or even Trump, if the investigation led to them.

“For me, the grand hallways of Main Justice echo with the voices of mentors and friends,” Rosenstein told lawmakers in March 2017. “They taught me to ask the right questions. First, what can we do? Second, what should we do? And third, how will we explain it?”

(SW Notes:

1. I’ll just bet the grand hallways of Main Justice DOES echo with the voices of mentors and friends…”
2. “how will we explain it?” Really? I would have felt better reading something like, and “third, how do we carry out justice?” This doesn’t explain if the third question applies to the first or second questions.
3. we know enough now, as of 09/15/2018, to know how they explain it—media leak strategies, lies, cover-ups, leftist judges.)

URANIUM ONE SCANDAL AND COVER-UP

Connections to current Mueller Special Counsel:

• Rod Rosenstein – DOJ supervisor of FBI investigation
• Andrew McCabe – FBI investigation supervisor
• Andrew Weissman – Chief of the Fraud Section in the Criminal Division of DOJ
• Hillary Clinton – current Secretary of State; help seal the CFIUS deal, millions of kickbacks and bonuses paid to Clinton Foundation, Bill paid ½ million for speeches. 

This scandal is particularly complicated and multi-dimensional. It is almost impossible to put it in the timeline above and at the same time show the relationship of the deep state players. Just know that the Clintons were involved—need more be said of its corruption?

The purpose of this is to show Rod Rosenstein’s involvement with Robert Mueller, Andrew McCabe, and Andrew Weissman from many years ago—even more evidence that he should be recused from overseeing the Russia Hoax. Ironically, they all colluded with Russia and other deep state officials in this scandal. (For more reading, see the links at bottom of this article.)

10/22/2010 – CFIUS approved the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to Russia; CFIUS was headed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Eric Holder was also on the 9-agency head board. During the same time, millions of dollars (which the FBI knew about) were given to the Clinton Foundation. Kickbacks were also given to other business partners.

2009 – FBI Director Robert Mueller appointed Rod Rosenstein in the U.S. District Court of Maryland to supervise the FBI investigation into corruption and extortion by Vadim Mikerin, a Russian national, and senior manager of Tenex (Amerian Tenam), a subsidiary of Rosatom.

Nov. 27, 2009 – Mikerin’s illegal conduct was captured with the help of a confidential witness, an American businessman, who began making kickback payments at Mikerin’s direction and with the permission of the FBI. The first kickback payment recorded by the FBI through its informant was dated Nov. 27, 2009, the records show.

2009–2010 – the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States.

2010–2014 – Instead of bringing charges in 2010, the DOJ continued the investigation for nearly 4 more years!  Congress, nor the American public, knew anything of the Russian nuclear corruption.

November 2014 – a 2014 November indictment stated that between 2009 and January 2012, Mikerin “did knowingly and willfully combine, conspire, confederate and agree with other persons … to obstruct, delay and affect commerce and the movement of an article and commodity (enriched uranium) in commerce by extortion.”

As John Solomon of The Hill pointed out, bringing down a major Russian nuclear corruption scheme seems a newsworthy topic and a huge win for the FBI/DOJ. Yet they took little credit in 2014 when Mikerin and other officials were arrested and charged. The only statement made publicly was not until August 2015, when the DOJ put out an obscure press release, days before Labor Day. The release notes that plea deals had been reached. Rosenstein and McCabe signed the plea deal.

From John Solomon: “By August 2015, criminal cases against Mikerin had been narrowed to a single charge of money laundering for a scheme that officials admitted stretched from 2004 to 2014. And though agents had evidence of criminal wrongdoing they collected since at least 2009, federal prosecutors only cited in the plea agreement a handful of transactions that occurred in 2011 and 2012, well after the CFIUS’ approval.

On Dec. 15, 2015, the Justice Department put out a release stating that Mikerin, “a former Russian official residing in Maryland was sentenced today to 48 months in prison” and ordered to forfeit more than $2.1 million.

Ronald Hosko, who served as the assistant FBI director in charge of criminal cases when the investigation was underway, told The Hill he did not recall ever being briefed about Mikerin’s case by the counterintelligence side of the bureau despite the criminal charges that were being lodged. “I had no idea this case was being conducted,” a surprised Hosko said in an interview. Likewise, major congressional figures were also kept in the dark.”

What’s the Uranium One Point?

The fact that Rosatom/Tenex/Tenam subsidiaries in the United States were under criminal investigation as a result of a U.S. intelligence operation, i.e. FBI and DOJ, (2009-2014, and officials admitted knowing it began in 2004), around the time CFIUS approved the Uranium One/Rosatom transaction (10/22/2010) raises questions about whether that information factored into CFIUS’ decision to approve the transaction.

The FBI, i.e. Robert Mueller, and DOJ, i.e. Rod Rosenstein, had to approve the Uranium One Deal for CFIUS, after several National Security committees had made inquiry into it.  They both KNEW of the criminal case and of Vladimir Putin’s ploy to gain control of a substantial share of the world’s uranium. Putin controls 20% of America’s uranium thanks to the Obama administration (and they claim Trump is Putin’s puppet?)

During this period – Rosenstein and Mueller both suppressed the Russian bribery scheme. Rosenstein and Mueller knew that CFIUS would not be allowed to grant permission for Rosatom to buy Uranium One if the Russian bribery scheme had been disclosed to the public in 2010.

By the time, Mikerin’s indictment and subsequent plea deal were made public, it had been reduced to 1 count of money laundering. Though he had been investigated from 2004—2014, the plea deal covered transactions occurring between 2011-2012—well after the CFIUS approval. Cover-up and corruption.
(SW Note; In Jerome Corsi’s must read book, “Killing The Deep State” he talks at length about Robert Mueller taking a clandestine trip to Russia carrying a small amount of yellow cake uranium. The book states not knowing why Mueller had to take it personally. Neither does it venture to guess “why” the entire operation in the first place? Conjecturing that it has something to do with Uranium One.)
